Organizations can build simple routing rules using BizSmart’s intuitive decision table UI.

Scripts can be executed as part of a process or as a form action. In simple cases, BizSmart Process Designer allows the capture of rules in a graphical tool, where the conditions, under which one or more "branches" will be followed in a process, can be described.
In cases of complex rules, the option "Advanced Conditions" is available. If rules cannot be represented graphically, the conditions that must be met in order to follow a specific direction in the process, can be formulated with a scripting language.
BizSmart™ Worklist - allows end users to work on the tasks assigned to them. It provides
visibility when using the BizSmart™ Workflow Engine for human task management.
For each task generated from a running process, the end-user is provided with UI forms:

Another Bank has been added in the client list of BizSmart. The new system, which allows the Legal Department of the Bank to optimize the legal documentation work, both with internal and external legal personnel, by providing a clear, easy-to-use mechanism for streamlining tasks of the personnel involved, reducing the time needed to serve the Bank Customer.
Clear reporting views help the managerial team of the Bank to identify issues and solve them by modifying the processes, if so required.
The project is at the final stages of acceptance and is expected to be going live within the next weeks.
